We created the PRL approach based on a core principle gained from decades of helping clients implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

In high-stakes environments—whether managing a $37M public sector portfolio or scaling a local SMB—the risk of "automating chaos" is high-cost failure. As your AI Efficiency Strategist, my role is to ensure that your move toward AI is rooted in strong governance and your business processes, not just having the latest gadget.

The Methodology:

Based on years of experience leading global technology workstreams, I know that downstream user friction and system failures are often caused by "Tribal Knowledge" masquerading as process. Therefore, our methodology adheres to the following standards:

  1. Governance Over Speed: We spend time with you codifying business rules into documented workflows. If a process is "Red" (Unstructured or poorly documented) or Yellow (in need of refinement or additional documentation), we will work with your team to improve or document the human workflow before we hand it to a machine.

  2. Auditability by Design: Every automated action must be defensible, and every interaction with AI must be explainable. We build "Safety Valves" into every process flow to ensure that complex or ambiguous decisions are always flagged for human oversight.

  3. User-Centric Architecture: By stabilizing the logic before implementation, we help IT teams eliminate technical debt and "hallucination risks" that lead to staff frustration and operational drift.

  4. Human-in-the-loop: This is a key tenet of our methodology. Human-in-the-loop is not just a catch phrase; it is an essential part of responsible and ethical AI use. If your team and subject matter experts (SMEs) cannot understand the AI’s reasoning, that is a problem, and we will help you solve it.

  5. Train the Trainer: To create value for our clients and not serve as a crutch, we will work with your internal AI champions and your IT teams to develop and deliver a training program for your teams.
